| Helping Hands provides care for both male and female victims of child abuse, abandonment, and/or neglect. Residents are placed at the agency from various counties throughout the state of South Carolina. Children ages birth to twenty-one, are given a safe, nurturing environment that promotes positive development. In promoting positive development residents are given shelter, nutritious meals, clothing, and access to educational, medical, and mental health services. |
