Individual Volunteer Application Print E-mail

An Individual Volunteer Application is for a person who would like to volunteer at Helping Hands but not with a recognized group, organization, or a group of people (e.g. a church group, a civic organization, a fraternity, a sorority, etc.)  This application consists of a three-page form, a criminal background check form, and a central registry search form as required by the South Carolina Department of Social Services.  Along with these required forms, prospective volunteers are kindly asked to pay an $8 fee for his/her criminal background check and central registry search to be done by the South Carolina Department of Social Services.

Or, you may call our agency to schedule a day and time to bring your volunteer application.  After our agency receives your completed volunteer application, it will take 4-6 weeks to process your application.
